Jennifer Connelly seen on a stage in a black bra drugged, sweating and out of it as various women perform sex acts until a nude Heather Litteer asks what the crowd wants to see them do and is told ass-to-ass causing her to put condoms on a large double-sided black dildo and lube it up before inserting the dildo into Jennifer and herself as they bounce back and forth while the crowd cheers and throws money on them and shoves money into Jennifer's mouth all while we get quick cuts to other scenes of a woman getting electroshock therapy, a guy being prepped for surgery, and another guy being worked until he's sick. The other nude women having sex or watching in addition to Heather are Ami Goodheart, Jenny Decker and Nina Zavarin. From an open matte Blu-ray version of the Director's Cut of Requiem for a Dream that shows a bit more of Jennifer's body and gives slightly better looks at the dildo from the side than can be seen in the original film. Note: The nudity from Jennifer is a body double.
